Process: This programs starts with an online survey that asks your staff to reflect on their knowledge, skills and ability about students from poverty using the Framework for Understanding Poverty concepts. This survey also assesses their interest in receiving additional training in various areas. This data is then analyzed by a member of the aha! Process team.
Deliverable: A Ruby Payne team member then develops a written report detailing recommendations and a professional development plan for the school/district . The report is reviewed via phone consultation with the administration and the aha! Process team member.
