A safe environment is imperative to learning: The only way to adequately understand, quantify and significantly reduce the amount of bullying and harassment occurring in your schools is to engage all of your stakeholders in the process.
This program, based on the research and experience of Safe Havens International, begins by asking students, staff, and parents questions that reveal specific problem areas within the school. Each stakeholder group takes their own customized survey. The results will provide you with precise data and individual perspectives needed to identify, design and deploy an effective strategy. The program has also been designed to give educators strategies they can use to improve the learning environment. This includes a full set of data analysis tools to help you quickly identify trends and easily disaggregate responses from key subgroups. In addition, our Text Analysis Software provides qualitative analysis of comments and suggestions.
A written report detailing recommendations, phone consultation and professional development plans are also available.
