Process:
This programs starts with each admin team member taking an online survey to identify strengths, weaknesses and planning priorities. The data is then analyzed to identify areas of consensus and areas of divergent thinking.
Deliverable:
Once the surveys are complete, we provide a written report including what items should receive the most planning emphasis. The report is reviewed via phone consultation with the Administrative Team. School Perceptions also offers onsite planning facilitation as an option. Password-protected access to all of the data is made available online for dynamic analysis.
